desc: "tcptrace a TCP dump file analysis tool written by Shawn Ostermann\nat Ohio
University. It is NOT a packet capture program. It reads\noutput dump files in the
formats of several popular packet capturing\nprograms: tcpdump, snoop, etherpeek,
and netm. It can also output\n(ie, convert thus converting to) tcpdump format files.\n\nFor
each connection, it keeps track of elapsed time, bytes/segments\nsent and received,
retransmissions, round trip times, window\nadvertisements, throughput, etc. Its
output format ranges from\nSimple to Long to Very Detailed.\n\nIt can also produce
three different types of graphs, as follows: \n\n Time Sequence Graph \n This
is the format that Tim Shepard started using at MIT some\n years ago. It shows
segments sent and ACKs returned as a\n function of time.\n Instantaneous Throughput
\n This format shows the instantaneous (averaged over a few\n segments)
throughput of the connection as a function of time.\n Round Trip Times \n This
format shows the round trip times for the ACKs as a\n function of time.\n\nThe
graphs produced are viewable only by Tim Shepard's wonderful\nxplot program (in
  math/xplot).\n\nWWW: http://www.tcptrace.org/\n"
