	UPS/UPD bootstrap now works except it does not check disk space
	correctly during the install.  It always assumes you have enough
	space.  I will work on this for the next release.

	Most of the Gnome packages were updated again.

	linuxconf was updated
 
	initscripts was updated again

	Enabled UPS/UPD install for all who had it before.
