Description

Keep every historical prep hook as its own optional alias so RHEL8-era 4.18 still matches, while newer kernels use the blk-mq names: - scsi_prep_fn / sd_prep_fn / sr_prep_fn: request_fn blk_queue_prep_rq (v4.18/4.19; gone by v5.0) - scsi_mq_prep_fn: early blk-mq prep (v4.18 through ~6.x) - scsi_prepare_cmd: current name (renamed from scsi_mq_prep_fn)
