- Default the compiled-in logo path to the shared, skin-independent
  /usr/share/vdr/logos instead of a plugin private directory that is never
  installed; -l/--logopath is no longer needed in the sysconfig snippet
- Recommend vdr-channellogos, which installs artwork into that directory
- Demote vdr-epgsearch to a weak dependency: it is reached through VDR's
  service API behind a GetPlugin() null check, like epg2vdr and
  remotetimers, which were never hard requirements
- Drop the hard requirement on vdr-softhddevice; the only mention of it in
  the source is a comment, and it forced one particular output device on
  every install
- Add fsf-address patch for COPYING (for upstream)
- Modernize spec: drop the per-Fedora vdr_version table and the commented
  out git snapshot scaffolding, filter the private .so provides, use
  pkgconfig() build dependencies, add %check for the plugin entry point
  and the default logo path
- Fix the sysconfig snippet, which described the tvguide plugin
